Subscription Terms
Subscription Terms
Last updated: 8 May 2026
At Nutriluxe, we want every subscriber to be happy with their order. If anything isn't right, email us at contact@nutriluxe.co.uk and we'll sort it — these terms are here for transparency, not to get in the way.
Nutriluxe sells and ships to customers in the United Kingdom only. These Subscription Terms apply to any "Subscribe & Save" order placed on nutriluxe.co.uk. They sit alongside our Terms of Service, Refund Policy, Shipping Policy and Privacy Policy, which also continue to apply.
1. Who we are
This subscription is provided by Nutriluxe Ltd, a company registered in England and Wales under company number 15742620, with its registered office at 124-128 City Road, London EC1V 2NX, United Kingdom. You can contact us at contact@nutriluxe.co.uk.
2. What you're signing up for
When you choose "Subscribe & Save" on any eligible product on nutriluxe.co.uk, you are agreeing to a recurring subscription on the following basis:
- Product: as selected on the product page
- Recurring price: as shown on the product page for the Subscribe & Save option (a discount on our standard one-time price)
- Delivery frequency: as shown on the product page (typically every 1–4 months, depending on the product)
- Delivery: free UK delivery — we ship to addresses in the United Kingdom only
- Minimum term: none — you can cancel at any time
- Payment: taken automatically from your saved payment method on each renewal date
The exact price, frequency, product details and any applicable taxes are confirmed on the product page at the point you place the order, and again in your order confirmation email. Different products may be offered with different subscription frequencies and discount levels; the terms shown at checkout are the terms that apply to your subscription.
3. How renewals work
Your subscription renews automatically at the frequency shown on the product page until you cancel. Before each renewal, payment will be taken from the payment method you used at sign-up. If we change the recurring price or any other key term of an existing subscription, we will email you in advance and give you the opportunity to cancel before the change takes effect.
If you hold more than one subscription with us, each subscription is managed and billed independently.
4. How to cancel, skip or change your subscription
You can manage your subscription at any time, with no obligation, by:
- Logging in to your account at nutriluxe.co.uk and opening the "Manage Subscriptions" area, or
- Using the secure management link in your subscription confirmation email or any subsequent renewal email, or
- Emailing us at contact@nutriluxe.co.uk and we will action your request.
From the management area you can: cancel your subscription, skip an upcoming delivery, change the delivery frequency, swap to a different eligible product, update your delivery address (within the UK), or update your payment method.
To stop the next renewal, please cancel or skip at least 48 hours before the scheduled renewal date. Cancellations made after a renewal payment has been taken will apply to the following cycle; the order already paid for will still be dispatched.
5. Your 14-day right to cancel (Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013)
Under UK law, in addition to your right to cancel the subscription itself at any time, you have a statutory 14-day right to cancel your initial order from the day you receive it. To exercise this right, email contact@nutriluxe.co.uk with your order number and the words "Cancel order" in the subject line, or use the cancellation form in our Refund Policy.
For hygiene and product-safety reasons, food supplements that have been opened or had their tamper seal broken cannot be returned for a refund unless faulty. Unopened, sealed products can be returned within 14 days of receipt for a full refund of the product price.
6. 30-day money-back guarantee
Separately to your statutory rights, we offer a 30-day money-back guarantee on your first subscription order with us. If you are not satisfied, contact us within 30 days of receiving your first delivery and we will refund the product price. This guarantee applies once per customer, to the first subscription order only, regardless of which product was ordered; subsequent renewals and any further subscriptions are governed by section 5 and our Refund Policy.
7. Failed payments
If a renewal payment fails, we will attempt to take payment again over the following 7 days. If payment cannot be collected within that period, your subscription will be paused and we will email you so you can update your payment method. We will not dispatch a renewal order until payment has been successfully taken.
8. Changes to these terms
We may update these Subscription Terms from time to time. If we make a material change that affects your existing subscription, we will email you at least 14 days before the change takes effect, giving you the opportunity to cancel without penalty before it applies.
9. Governing law and your statutory rights
These Subscription Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, and any dispute will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales (or, if you live in Scotland or Northern Ireland, the courts of your home jurisdiction). Nothing in these Subscription Terms affects your statutory rights as a consumer under UK law, including the Consumer Rights Act 2015 and the Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013.
10. We're here to help
Your satisfaction matters to us. If anything goes wrong with your subscription — whether it's a delivery issue, a product concern, a billing question, or you simply want to make a change — please get in touch and we'll do everything we can to put it right. We genuinely want every Nutriluxe customer to feel looked after, and we'd much rather hear from you and fix the problem than have you go away unhappy.
You can reach us any time at contact@nutriluxe.co.uk and we will respond within 5 working days, usually much sooner. If we cannot resolve a dispute between us, you can also escalate via the relevant alternative dispute resolution route or to Trading Standards via Citizens Advice (0808 223 1133).
